Visa-Free Entry
Ninety days in any 180 for most Western passports, and up to a year for US citizens.
Visa-Free Entry
Albania is outside the EU and Schengen, so time here does not use Schengen days. Most European, American and developed Asia-Pacific passports enter visa-free for 90 days in any 180-day period, EU citizens with just an ID card. US citizens benefit from a unilateral rule allowing up to one year, after which they must spend 90 days abroad. Qatar and Saudi Arabia have a temporary exemption to 31 December 2026. It does not allow local employment.
