Digital Nomad Visa
Up to one year on a long-stay D visa for remote workers earning about EUR 4,500 a month.
Digital Nomad Visa
Estonia was the first EU country with a dedicated digital nomad visa. It is issued as a short-stay C visa of up to 90 days or a long-stay D visa of up to one year, for people working remotely for an employer registered abroad, a company they own abroad, or mainly foreign clients as a freelancer. Most current guidance sets the income bar at about EUR 4,500 gross a month over the previous six months, though official pages have published different figures, so check with the consulate. It does not lead to residence, and you cannot work for Estonian employers.
