Every second shopfront is a cafe with power sockets, the coworking spaces are within walking distance of each other, and the condo towers along the sois were built for exactly this market. The Maya mall anchors the north end with a 24-hour workspace floor. You pay perhaps 30% more than elsewhere in the city for the convenience and the density of people doing the same thing as you, which for a first stay is usually worth it.
